Please allow approximately two to four weeks for completion of an RFP response. The final timeline will depend on the scope of the request, submission completeness, required level of customization, product complexity, pricing and actuarial requirements, technology integrations, white-label branding, legal review, and internal approvals.
The proposal timeline begins once all required information and supporting documents have been received. Missing, incomplete, or changing information may delay the response or require the proposed timeline to be revised.
Requests involving customized products, contract language, pricing, program structures, technology integrations, white-label materials, or specialized reporting may require additional review and development time.
Submission of a request does not guarantee that every requested feature, product, pricing structure, or deadline can be accommodated.
Any pricing, projections, illustrations, or program terms included in the proposal are preliminary unless otherwise stated and may be subject to underwriting, actuarial, legal, compliance, operational, and executive approval.
Final pricing and terms may change based on updated or other information received during the review process.
Information submitted through this form will be used to evaluate and prepare the requested proposal and may be shared with appropriate internal teams and approved business partners involved in the response.
